Want to experience a new restaurant in 2020? Heath and Hill opened its doors in 2019 with accolades from food critics and locals alike. Do you like sushi? Blind Dog–a PC favorite for over 20 years–recently updated its menu and has a new interior as well. With new establishments popping up all over Park City, finding a new spot is a piece of cake by simply browsing our website.
2. Drink an Award-Winning Craft Beer
If you want to experience Park City beer culture, knock back a few pints at Wasatch Brew Pub. This local watering-hole has been slinging award-winning brews since 1986. Fun Fact: Wasatch was the first post-prohibition brewery in Park City.
3. Tour the High West Distillery
Experience the time-honored tradition of craft distilling with a visit to the High West Distillery. You can start by visiting the High West Saloon in Park City proper for an organic snack, then take advantage of their complimentary facility tours to learn more about their humble roots at their picturesque production facility in Wanship. You'll run alongside hundreds of Parkites and loop through the valley’s trail system by choosing either the 7K or half marathon tracks. Early bird registration starts at $80, but you can also register on race day for $115. The Round Valley Rambler takes place on June 20th at 8:00 am.
16. Hike the Armstrong Trail
The Armstrong Trail is a moderate hike offering travelers aspen lined pathways and glimpses of native wildflowers. It’s easily accessible to most mountain bikers and hikers at any skill level and includes an uphill progression that will lead you to some of Park City’s best views. If you are looking for a snack before or after your outdoor adventure, visit the Silver Star Café, which is near the Armstrong trailhead.
