This means our restaurants experience higher traffic or could be booked for invitational sponsored events or private parties. To make the best of your time here, we recommend calling each restaurant ahead of your visit to find out if it’s open to the public and make a reservation.

Chef Seth Adams’ upscale and eclectic menus harmonize with the seasons, so guests should expect rotating plates showcasing the best ingredients from our region. One of our most recent favorites was their impressive Surf & Turf tower. This Park City twist on a classic offered Wagyu beef with corn grits, house-smoked salmon with crispy potato pancakes, and oysters on the half shell. What’s more? They also provide nightly music featuring some of PC’s top local artists. Reservations are strongly encouraged due to Riverhorse’s popularity, particularly if you’re looking to dine here during the Sundance Film Festival.
