This means our restaurants experience higher traffic or could be booked for invitational sponsored events or private parties. Chef Seth Adams’ upscale and eclectic menus harmonize with the seasons, so guests should expect rotating plates showcasing the best ingredients from our region. One of our most recent favorites was their impressive Surf & Turf tower. This Park City twist on a classic offered Wagyu beef with corn grits, house-smoked salmon with crispy potato pancakes, and oysters on the half shell. What’s more? They also provide nightly music featuring some of PC’s top local artists. Reservations are strongly encouraged due to Riverhorse’s popularity, particularly if you’re looking to dine here during the Sundance Film Festival.

Focusing on small bites, their menu gives the royal treatment to simple local ingredients without an ounce of pretentiousness. Their menu offers innovative plant-based dishes like vegetable tartare served with seeded crostini and house-pickled veggies, and their popular General Tso’s cauliflower. Offering a gorgeous interior, sophisticated dining experience, and an extensive menu, Blind Dog is one of our favorites restaurants to dine at during Sundance. Their raw menu boasts some of the best sushi in Park City, but it doesn’t stop there. You can also enjoy East Coast and West Coast oysters, full-blown seafood towers, and a variety of Poke options alongside their equally impressive dinner menu. We suggest their Redneck Caprese made with tempura-fried green tomatoes, burrata cheese, basil and aged balsamic.
