Focusing on small bites, their menu gives the royal treatment to simple local ingredients without an ounce of pretentiousness. Their menu offers innovative plant-based dishes like vegetable tartare served with seeded crostini and house-pickled veggies, and their popular General Tso’s cauliflower. They also serve some killer meat dishes, like their “Baller” prime rib fished with caramelized onion crema and served alongside decadent duck fat potatoes. With delectable, shareable dishes, Handle is the perfect restaurant to enjoy small plates with friends and recount your day at 2020’s Sundance Film Festival.

Their raw menu boasts some of the best sushi in Park City, but it doesn’t stop there. You can also enjoy East Coast and West Coast oysters, full-blown seafood towers, and a variety of Poke options alongside their equally impressive dinner menu. We suggest their Redneck Caprese made with tempura-fried green tomatoes, burrata cheese, basil and aged balsamic. And for the hard-core carnivore in your group, try Penny’s signature Dreamloaf, a playful take on classic meatloaf made with Snakeriver Farms heirloom Pork and Kobe beef.
