Savor the Summit is Park City's largest outdoor dinner party in the state and returns Saturday, June 22! Each year, over 2,500 guests join us from every part of the globe at the “Grand Table” in the middle of Main Street to eat world-renowned cuisine and drinks made by the best Park City bars and restaurants. Complementing each inspiring menu are a host of excellent spirits, live music, and an eventful sunset courtesy of our beautiful area.

Bangkok Thai on Main

Bangkok Thai is Savoring the Summit by bringing their upscale Southeast Asian food to the Grand Table. Executive Chef Sinlap Vongsay's light and spicy style complements both the optional wine pairing and the spectacular summer dusk evening. His menu features five courses beginning with Lobster and Mango Spring Rolls and concludes with a sweet Purple Sticky Rice with Mango. Main courses include authentic Pad Thai, Seabass, and Penang curry that can also be made vegetarian.

The Eating Establishment

The Eating Establishment’s picnic themed menu takes full advantage of Savor the Summit’s outdoor setting. Start the evening at their 5:00 pm cocktail hour over a charcuterie board from Caputo's Deli while enjoying a craft cocktail from the bar. Entrees such as prime rib with horseradish crème fresh and Alaskan king crab legs are refreshing meal offerings that will pair well with their excellent wine and local craft beer options. Round out the night with a delicious warm bread pudding with bourbon caramel sauce, vanilla bean ice cream and whipped topping.

Flanagan Irish Pub

A true Irish Pub, Flanagan's ups their usual casual fare by preparing a five course menu made with local and regionally sourced ingredients. Hors d'oeuvres, soups and salads give way to a delicate intermezzo of fresh Rosemary Sorbet. Their main courses include your choice of prime rib, lobster pasta, grilled salmon or stuffed Portobello mushrooms. Cap the night off with Flanagan’s Irish Chocolate Banana Foster, but don't forget to pair it with their signature perfect pour of Guinness or a classic Irish Coffee.

High West Distillery & Saloon

Looking for satisfying Western nouveau inspired dishes and award winning spirits this year? High West Distillery & Saloon prepared a menu rounded out with options like a Yukon Gold Potato Cake, Dungeness Crab with Ginger and a Utah Corn Emulsion alongside other extraordinary entrees made by their expert chefs. Each plate is paired with a signature whiskey produced from the High West distillery, which includes an elegant twist capturing the Rocky Mountain ruggedness of the area. Make sure to save room for dessert! Their Black Forest Cake will be a highlight of the evening.

Wasatch Brew Pub

Wasatch Brew Pub prepared the perfect menu for those looking for a more laid back dining experience. Their Savor the Summit menu starts with a casual social hour that includes fresh appetizers and a well curated beer selection from their brewery. Their entrée choices include Grilled Chicken Kabobs and Buffalo Carne Asada Kabobs alongside exquisite sides such as farro and potato salads. Finish the night out with nostalgic favorites like rice krispie treats and house-made chocolate chip cookies.

Live music at the High West Spirit Garden

The High West Spirit Garden returns this year to offer delectable food and drink specials, along with a bold blend of live pop, funk and R&B vibes in a social atmosphere located at Main Street and Heber Avenue. Bar service will be from 5:00 pm – 9:45 pm and a ticket isn’t required, but you must be 21+ to attend. Food service will be from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm with the purchase of a VIP ticket. Live music by local favorites Jake & The Heist from Come, and Changing Lanes start around 5:30 pm.

Reservations are not required for the Spirit Garden and it’s only open to those over the age of 21 with a valid ID. If you want an enhanced experience, you can also purchase a VIP ticket for $55. Tickets include three food selections provided by The Brass Tag at Deer Valley, along with two of the following beverage options: High West Spirits, Red Rock beer, assorted wine and Smart Water.
