Park City bars and restaurants work with local and national talent to pair artists with menus that take restaurant-goers through an array of musical and culinary palettes. 1. Hearth and Hill

This new restaurant on the block offers globally inspired dishes with a local upscale flair. Open year round, Hearth and Hill has a patio and 36-seat private dining area with cozy fireplaces for you and your company to watch music while sharing starters like their Hamachi Crudo or Spinach Artichoke Flatbread.
This neighborhood “gathering spot” uses live music to build community around creativity. Their stage welcomes soothing performances by acoustic guitar players every Tuesday and Saturday from 6 – 9PM, as well as Sunday matinees from 2 – 5PM. You can even sit in the bar area and enjoy a signature make-your-own Old Fashioned if you’re over 21.
2. The Corner Store

The Corner Store is seated at the base of the mountain and is one of the only restaurants advertising the best prices in town. It’s a delightfully unpretentious breakfast, lunch and après restaurant that offers what one reviewer called, “REAL food made and served by REAL people who love these mountains and know how to live in them.”
Their live music events echoes their appreciation for the Wasatch Mountains, bringing in acts ranging from old school classic rock, blues roots Americana, to The Grateful Dead and Rolling Stones cover bands. The Corner Store’s charming ski bum atmosphere books musical talent every Thursday afternoons beginning around 3PM. Each band pairs well with their hearty, simple dishes, such as their standard stack of pancakes, steel cut oats or Philly style cheesesteak

3. EBS Lounge

Named in honor of Deer Valley’s founder, Edgar B. Stern, Jr., Edgar’s Beers & Spirits Lounge is a favorite après ski bar at the top of the Deer Valley Resort. EBS books live music every Friday – Sunday, with events going throughout the winter, including the holidays. Upscale pub food such as OOMPH! Popcorn with Deer Valley Signature Southwestern Spice and Olive Oil and a huge selection of beers, wines and spirits sync perfectly with performances by jazz and classical pianist like Mike Rogers, singer/songwriter Shannon Runyon or DJ Funky Boss and Lupe Fiasco.

4. Prime Steak House & Piano Bar

At the bottom of Park City’s quaint Main Street sits an elegant steak house that prides itself on its prime cuts and perfectly prepared rare to well thick cut meats. Prime Steak House complements its elegant atmosphere with ambient and dynamic piano rhythms by resident musicians most nights of the week starting at 5:30PM.
Enjoy a glass of wine with your partner or a friend and relish in the classical compositions from skilled musicians from around town.

5. Silver Star Café

The Silver Star Café serves American Roots Cuisine in a rustic and comfortable setting that matches soft music played by local Park City musicians. Their “Park City Limits” series brings in intimate performances by folk, jazz, blues, Americana, and bluegrass entertainers, making it a perfect event for a romantic night out for two. Enjoy a seared elk burger while listening to their all-acoustic performance dinner shows every Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
