1. Glitretind & Troll Hallen Lounge at Stein Eriksen Lodge

Nobody does Alpine elegance quite like the Glitretind Restaurant. Boasting an award-winning wine list and sophisticated cuisine, this high-end eatery offers a high-altitude dining experience with breathtaking views of the gorgeous Deer Valley Resort. Warm-up with a glass of Scotch from their well-curated  spirits list in the winter, or sip on a glass of wine from their extensive  wine menu and watch the Aspens change in the fall. Glitretind’s  menu also rotates based on the seasons, so you can expect fresh and creative fare that matches the changing landscape. Try their Shellfish Pepper soup - a trio of shellfish, garnished with briny caviar–it’s fantastic! For mountain views and four-star cuisine, Glitretind always leaves an impression.

2. Red Tail Grill

When locals want a family-friendly meal with views of the slopes, we head to  Red Trail Grill to après ski. Their menu of refined Gastropub grub has something for every eater. Carnivores love the half rack of ribs with smoked cherry barbeque sauce, which has the perfect balance of sweetness and smokiness to please any meat-eater. Looking for a vegetarian meal in Park City? Red Tail’s pulled jackfruit sandwich is the perfect option for anyone wanting a non-meat dish or for those looking to try something new. They also offer a bold drink list with  handcrafted cocktails, like the Frozen Mai-Tini and the Prairie Mule. Order a drink, enjoy a meal, and enjoy yourself while you take in the alpine views surrounding the Red Trail Grill. 

 

3. Cafe Terigo

Park City is known for our breathtaking mountains and killer views, but don’t pass up dining downtown to find equally impressive scenery. At  Cafe Terigo, guests can enjoy a meal while taking in the sights of Historic Main Street’s urban backdrop from their patio. Their European inspired outdoor seating area and Old-World vibe make this a premier spot to spend a leisurely day–or evening–enjoying our charming downtown. What should you try? We love ordering a variety of their starters to share with the table. A few of our favorites are the tender grilled artichoke, smoked salmon rillettes, and prosciutto and goat cheese plates. Pair these bites with a bottle of bold Italian wine and enjoy the views at one of our favorite places to eat outdoors

When you're ready to order, delight your taste buds with the decadent coriander crusted Utah pork belly accompanied with banana vindaloo, oven-dried grapes, and verjus. While Apex is known for their impeccably prepared steak, they also offer standout seafood dishes. Check out their wild Alaskan Halibut, with poblano purée, cauliflower, pioppini mushrooms, pickled kumquats, and coffee citrus reduction. Nestled at the base of Park City Mountain Resort’s Silver Star Chairlift lies the go-to après ski spot, Silver Star Cafe. Parkites enjoy Silver Star for its down-home approach to food, rustic charm, and impressive views. With outdoor bistro-style seating and a great valley vantage point, it’s also the perfect place for après ski hangouts. Stop in for lunch and try one of their hearty sandwiches, or their creative (and vegan!) Jackfruit taco. Or come for dinner and stay for the live music! Silver Star doesn’t accept reservations for brunch or lunch, but dinner reservations are encouraged.

The Bridge Café and Grill is located at the bottom of the Town Lift on Main Street and hosts a patio known for letting visitors take full advantage of Park City’s majestic scenery. Their affordable menu mixes American cuisine with Brazilian flavors to bring dishes that highlight how well both of these culinary cultures work together. Enjoy authentic dishes like the Moqueca Baiana–complemented by the traditional Caipirinha cocktail–while skiers come in from the mountain or dine on a burger and a beer in the summer.
