Dry Cut, the debut cider from Utah’s Dendric Estate, is set to hit the market later this month. With zero grams of residual sugar, Dry Cut leads with bright acidity, tropical notes, and crisp minerality. Naturally carbonated through yeast fermentation, it delivers a lively yet smooth effervescence.
This is dry mountain cider—crafted to be clean, complex, and refreshing.
Availability
Dry Cut will be available for purchase on-site at the cidery, as well as at select bars and restaurants in Park City and Salt Lake City, beginning at the end of June.
