Alpine Distilling is currently booking this exclusive, VIP group experience for groups of 6-10, wherein each guest makes one custom-blend 750ml bottle of gin. The initial 2 to 2.5 hours are spent in the Distillers’ Lounge, learning about gin botanical history and selection and creating each guest’s personal botanical blend. Then, our staff spends the next 2.5 hours tending the stills to make your recipe.
Guests participate in the botanical selection and may stay during the entire distillation process or depart for dinner on Main Street and return for pickup. The finished spirit will be sealed, labeled, and available for pickup in our retail store before 10 p.m. that night or during lounge hours the next day. The Gin Experience generally begins at 4 p.m., though you may request to start anytime from 2-4 p.m.
The fine print: A $100 deposit per person is collected at the time of booking, and the remaining $150 per person is collected seven days out. (Cancellation within 24 hours of the event will result in forfeiture of all payments, as the taxes for your bottles will have already been submitted to the State.) The $79.99 bottle of gin, will be charged upon arrival. Cocktails, beer, wine, nonalcoholic beverages, and snacks are available for purchase throughout the experience.
