BOARD APPLICATION

We are currently accepting applications for two, 2-year board member terms.  Open sets may only be filled by a current restaurant members.
The Park City Area Restaurant Association (PCARA) is a 501(c)6 nonprofit was founded over 20 years ago, with idea to have an association with members who could collectively promote the world-renowned restaurants that have made Park City and the surrounding region a destination for gourmands across the globe while also representing the interests of the restaurant industry in Summit County, creating a forum to discuss common problems the members of our industry face. In the beginning the association started out with only a few members.  Fast-forward to today and the Association has more than 70 Park City-area restaurants.
The organization is led by Executive Director Ginger Wicks, who is supported by an 9-person board representing world-renowned restaurants and restaurant-services companies. The board’s seven voting members are:

  • Mike Brown, Beverage Director, Bill White Enterprises
  • Laci Brown, Mountain West Hard Cider (non voting Assoicate Member)
  • Sean Doyle, General Manager, Handle Park City
  • Penny Kinsey, Owner and General Manager, Blind Dog
  • Jodi Rogers, Director of Food & Beverage, Deer Valley Resort
  • Mia Yue, General Manager, Hearth & Hill
