The Park City Area Restaurant Association
- Overview -
PARK CITY, UTAH (Winter 2018) The Park City Area Restaurant Association (PCARA) is a 501(c)6 nonprofit was founded over 20 years ago, with idea to have an association with members who could collectively promote the world-renowned restaurants that have made Park City and the surrounding region a destination for gourmands across the globe while also representing the interests of the restaurant industry in Summit County, creating a forum to discuss common problems the members of our industry face. In the beginning the association started out with only a few members. Fast-forward to today and the Association has more than 70 Park City-area restaurants.
For PCARA members, the organization provides a wealth of resources to help restaurant owners and managers promote their establishments and coordinate marketing campaigns. The PCARA assists restaurants in promoting their brands on Twitter, Facebook and other social media sites, as well as through digital, broadcast and print media, targeted marketing and special events.
The organization is led by Executive Director Ginger Wicks who is supported by an 9-person board representing world-renowned restaurants and restaurant-services companies. Current board memebers include:

The Park City Area Restaurant Association is the umbrella organization for more than 70 restaurants in Park City, Utah. The organization supports and promotes the large variety of award-winning restaurants in the Park City area. Every year, thousands of residents and visitors are exposed to Park City’s eclectic dining options through a variety of events that the Park City Area Restaurant Association hosts. The events include Savor the Summit, Park City Dine About and Online Cocktail Contest.
