One of Salt Lake City’s favorite chefs has opened his first Park City spot. Cafe Trio Park City is now open at Kimball Junction and aims tobe your favorite restaurant for casual dining, private dining and catering.
Restaurateur Mikel Trapp now has more than a trio of cafes. Trapp’s career began at the Park Café, a small restaurant located in the heart of Salt Lake City. In addition to this new Park City outpost, Trapp is the owner and operating partner of Café Trio, Café Trio Cottonwood, Current Fish & Oyster, and Under Current Bar. He offers more than 30 years as a chef, restaurant owner, and food and beverage director.
