Celebrate summer with cold brews, delectable bites, and live music at Stein Eriksen Lodge, located mid-mountain at Deer Valley Resort. Hops on the Hill, a 6-week summer series of craft beer and food tasting accompanied by free outdoor concerts, will feature local breweries, authentic summer eats from Chef Zane Holmquist, and live outdoor music Tuesday nights from July 11 through August 15.

The $40 food and/or $40 beer pairings will be offered on the Stein Eriksen Lodge deck from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Local bands will play a free outdoor concert on the Lawn from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Glitretind Restaurant offers the finest in luxury dining. Executive Chef, Zane Holmquist, focuses on seasonal menus and fresh, local, sustainable ingredients for his award-winning dishes. The knowledgeable sommelier selects, purchases, and pairs a selection of fine wines. Glitretind is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner and weekly Sunday Brunch.
Sunday Brunch
Stein Eriksen Lodge was the first luxury hotel in Utah to offer a weekly Sunday brunch buffet, and it has remained one of the restaurant's most celebrated offerings. Hosted in the Four-Star Glitretind Restaurant, the brunch features menu favorites and specials created by VP of Food and Beverage Operations and Corporate Chef, Zane Holmquist, and Executive Chef, Jonathon Miller. This extravagant spread features traditional breakfast items along with a carving station, several hot entrées, a variety of salads and starches, shrimp, crab claws, salmon, fresh fruit, fresh crêpes, omelets and house-made pastries.
