INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Halved Strawberry
  • 6 Mint Leaves
  • 0.75oz Lemon Juice
  • 1oz Honeydew Shrub Club Soda

Hard shake and dirty dump over rocks. Top with club soda. Mint bouquet and dehydrated strawberry

Garnish: 

  • Muddle strawberry, mint, and lemon juice.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 oz carrot juice
  • 1/2 oz cinnamon syrup
  • 1/2 oz agave syrup
  • 1/2 oz
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 4 dashes firewater bitters

Shake & strain over ice. Top with club soda.

Garnish: 

  • Lime Wheel

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5oz seedlip spice 94 NA Gin
  • .75 oz lemon
  • .75 oz butterfly pea flower & lavender syrup
  • 5 dashes of Fee Brothers Elderflower Water
     
Shake all ingredients, strain into a coup. Garnish with a lemon twist.

MIXOLOGIST: Brooke CavinsSober & Bitter Mocktail

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz Sober & Bitter (non-alcoholic spirit distilled by Sara Sergent)
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz jam
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice

Shake all ingredients, pour into Collins glass and top with a little soda water. In the glass layer ice, dehydrated lemon, blueberries, dehydrated lemon, ice, dehydrated orange, ice, and raspberries

Garnish: 

  • Topped with dehydrated raspberries and orange
