Stein Eriksen Lodge Hosts ‘Hops on the Hill’ on Tuesdays this Summer 


The Forbes Five-Star Stein Eriksen Lodge invites guests to sip and devour local suds and the fresh tastes of summer at Hops on the Hill. Sample craft beers from local breweries and a collection of Chef Zane Holmquist’s savory food pairings on the Flagstaff Deck, Tuesday nights beginning July 16 through August 20 from 6 – 8 p.m. 

“Hops on the Hill has become a beloved addition to our seasonal offerings, and we’re excited for its return this year to toast summer evenings with our local breweries,” said Zane Holmquist, VP of Food & Beverage Operations and Corporate Chef of Stein Collection. “What better way to wrap up a Tuesday than kicking back with delicious food, drink, and an unforgettable mountain vista?”

The $90 ticket to these 21 and older events includes the food tasting and specialty beer tasting. A $45 “Food Only” ticket will be available for purchase at the door.

  • August 20: Mountain West, Level Crossing and Mad Fritz Breweries / Mr. Sister

Sunday Brunch
Stein Eriksen Lodge was the first luxury hotel in Utah to offer a weekly Sunday brunch buffet, and it has remained one of the restaurant's most celebrated offerings. Hosted in the Four-Star Glitretind Restaurant, the brunch features menu favorites and specials created by VP of Food and Beverage Operations and Corporate Chef, Zane Holmquist, and Executive Chef, Jonathon Miller.
