FEBRUARY FESTIVITIES

February unites love and the love of sport for plenty of reasons to dine with Park City Area Restaurant Association (PCARA) member restaurants this month. Celebrate Valentine’s Day with friends and loved ones, and cheer on Team USA at an Olympics watch party or from the comfort of home with the following offerings:

                       

Valentine’s Day

 

Alpine Pie Bar

Sip and savor a handcrafted cocktail and slice of “pie” – some time to slow down and be mindful of time spent with loved ones.

O.P. Rockwell

Celebrate Valentine’s Day in true rock-n-roll fashion with Hell’s Belles, the world-famous all-female AC/DC tribute band. Tickets start at $25 and doors open at 7 p.m.

Park City Desserts

Indulge in organic, vegan, gluten-free 9” lemon tart with extra garnish for $48 or a 4” heart tart for $12.

Alpine Pie Bar

Celebrate Olympic athletes with locally made, Gold-medal awarded spirits.

Done to Your Taste Catering

Choose from the home delivery “Watch Party” menu of cheese and charcuterie boards, bulgogi beef skewers, chilled grilled shrimp, smoked Utah trout mousse, Bahn Mi sliders, roasted Brussels sprouts and crispy pancetta, and sweet treats including double fudge brownies and bags of whiskey-glazed caramel popcorn.                 

Handle

Toast our athletes with an Olympic-inspired cocktail at Handle ($14). The Torchlight features Plantation 3 Stars Rum, Brennivín, honey syrup, lemon juice, jasmine tea, Peychaud’s bitters, and a mint garnish.     

High West 

In partnership with US Ski and Snowboard, fans can toast with High West’s latest Bourye® from a satellite bar on the saloon patio with a DJ while cheering on Team USA on Friday, Feb. 4 and Saturday, Feb. 5.

Hyatt Escala Provisions Company Restaurant & Bar

Settle in for a decadent cocktail at Hyatt Centric Park City while watching the Olympics. The Summit features Sugar House Vodka, Kahlua, half & half, and topped with whipped cream.

Stein Eriksen Lodge

The 2022 Winter Olympics marks the 70th anniversary of Stein Eriksen competing in the 1952 Olympics in Oslo, Norway, Stein’s hometown, where he won the Gold Medal in Men’s Giant Slalom and Silver Medal in Slalom. Join the celebration at the following Stein Collection properties:
