Celebrate Your Independence at These Park City Restaurants 

July 4th is a time to celebrate everything that makes our country special and Park City is the perfect place to enjoy it! 

Join us for a celebration starting July 2nd with our famous Park City parade. The parade route begins at the top of Main Street and ends in City Park. Arrive early to get settled in a great spot and cheer on your favorite floats. The fun continues all weekend, with pedestrian day on Main Street, Park Silly Sunday Market, and more.

Park City Restaurants Celebrate 4th of July With Al Fresco Dining, Drinks & Live Music

Park City Area Restaurant Association member restaurants welcome locals and visitors to toast America’s birthday with craft cocktails, a classic neighborhood pig roast, and live music for this patriotic holiday. Special offerings include: 

Deer Valley

Take some time to appreciate America’s beautiful landscape with a hike, mountain bike ride, or scenic chairlift ride at Deer Valley Resort. Miles of trails traverse the peaks with a variety of terrain for all abilities to enjoy.

After working up an appetite, head over to the Friday Afternoon Club on the bridge at  Goldener Hirsch, which has partnered with Traeger Grills® to create a culinary experience paired with Alpine Distillery libations. Enjoy the fresh, mountain air and live music by Don Woodbury from 3pm – 6 pm on Friday, July 2nd.

Hearth and Hill

Stop by for a neighborhood pig roast on Friday, July 2nd, on the Hearth and Hill patio where “pig plates” with festive side dishes will be available from 12pm-4pm. Plates include pulled pork, Carolina gold sauce, ramp giardiniera, cole slaw, cornbread muffin with honey butter, potato salad and white bread. Price: $20. Reservations are available by calling the restaurant at 435-200-8840. 

O.P. Rockwell

Friday, July 2nd

Enjoy rock, blues, jazz and soul vibes at the Thieves Run Wild Album Release Party with guest performers Lee Rafugee and the J-Rad Cooley Band.  Tickets start at $15 for this 21+ event. Doors open at 8pm. 

Saturday, July 3rd

Kick back with Utah-born country music singer Steven Bosco as part of the Summer Nights Concerts series.  Tickets start at $15 for this 21+ event. Doors open at 9pm.

Red Rock Junction

This brewery in Park City boasts great beers and American grub perfect for the whole family. 

Must Order: Celebrate with Red Rock Junction’s Cuban sandwich, a mouthwatering combo of slow roasted pulled pork, ham, spicy homemade pickles, and more ($13). For the kiddos, the child’s burger is a must ($7).

Este Pizza

Classic NYC-style pizza in the heart of Park City? Yes, please! Order some pies to-go and throw your own family July 4th festivities at home. 

Must Order: A pizza party would not be complete without buffalo wings ($9.50), and Este Pizza has some of the best across the U.S. Plus, they offer some killer vegan wings ($9.50).

The Corner Store Bar & Grill

The independent spirit is alive and well at The Corner Store. A Park City staple since 1974, this mountain joint serves up down-home eats for anyone wanting a good meal at wallet-friendly prices.

Must Order: What’s more American than country-fried steak? At the Corner Store Bar & Grill, you can enjoy this gravy-laden goodness for breakfast or lunch ($16.50)!

Italian Hot Spots


Enjoy dinner on the mountain at Cena. Specializing in family-friendly Italian food with seasonal ingredients, this Deer Valley gem is a Park City staple. Plus, they feature an impressive kids’ menu

Must Order: Embrace summer with their corn served with vanilla butter and sharp Pecorino cheese ($6) and polenta with Italian sausage ($6).

The Brass Tag

This Deer Valley establishment has everything we love about dining in Park City: an exquisite mountain setting, enchanting decor, and expertly prepared dishes. If you are looking for an unforgettable meal and handcrafted cocktails, this is the perfect spot!

Must Order: Embrace Italian heritage and summer flavors with lobster ricotta ravioli finished with pea and mint pesto, baby tomatoes, and parmesan ($32). 


One of our favorite takeout restaurants in Park City, Ghidotti’s, will be offering their family dinner packages on the Fourth of July weekend. Place your order at least 24 hours in advance and delight in scrumptious Italian fare for your at-home party or a park picnic.

Must Order: Grilled salmon piccata with briny capers, buttery fettuccine, and flaky salmon ($30).

Sushi Blue

Sushi Blue is not your typical Japanese restaurant. Their eclectic menu spans various Asian cuisines, including Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, and Korean. Plus, you can also find traditional burgers with a pan-Asian flare. In addition, they boast an exceptional kids’ menu. 

Must Order: Korean street tacos ($12) with classic pork carnitas and kimchi salsa. 

Saltbox Eatery & Catering

Treat yourself to some hearty breakfast and gourmet coffee at Saltbox Eatery & Catering. Plus, don’t forget they have an entire catering company to help you make your at-home July 4th celebration a breeze. 

Must Order: Their huevos rancheros ($12)  box comes complete with fluffy, scrambled eggs, tangy tomatillo salsa, corn tortillas, and all the fixings. 

7880 Club

World-class elegance and innovative cuisine is 7880 Club’s specialty. Expect a fantastic wine selection, Park City twists on classic American cuisine, and an opulent atmosphere. 

Must Order: For a lunchtime snack, grab an order of their pork verde poutine ($16) with local cheese and tangy pork. 


Organic fare meets contemporary American cuisine at Fletcher’s. This Main Street hot spot offers a diverse menu

Must Order: Vegan and gluten-free, Fletcher’s squash purse with quinoa, harissa, and charred cauliflower ($31) will have even meat-eaters asking for more.
