HIGH WEST REFECTORY TOURS, GENERAL STORE NOW OPEN!

The High West Distillery in Wanship is happy to reopen their doors to the public beginning on Friday, June 19th. In addition to the restaurant and general store reopening High West will be offering sensory tours and whiskey tastings.  Call 435-649-8300 to reserve a spot on a tour. High West encourages allowing 15 additional minutes of travel time for guests to take the shuttle from the parking area.

• Refectory and General Store Hours: Thursday – Sunday // 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.

• Sensory Tours: Thursday – Sunday // 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. on the hour

• Thursday Night Supper Club will resume on Thursday, June 25

• Sunday brunch, served a la carte will open July 5

Reservations are highly recommended through OpenTable.  

To ensure the health and safety of High West staff and guests, the Refectory will uphold all Health Department safety measures and requirements. Masks will be worn by all staff and sanitizer will be provided to all guests, among other protocols in place to provide a safe, comfortable environment.
