Ingredients:
- 1.25 oz Gray Whale Gin
- 1 oz Ange Vert
- 1 oz Alpenglow Cold Pressed Juice (LUNA's Kitchen)
- .75 oz House-made simple syrup
- 3 Dashes Rhubarb Bitters
- 2-3 fresh Mint Leaves
Method:
Add all ingredients to ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain over fresh ice into a old fashioned glass
Garnish:
Cucumber ribbon and crisp green apple slice on skewer
