Perched in the stunning Kamas Valley, just 20 minutes from Park City, Dendric Estate spans 20 acres of trellised orchards and crisp mountain air. Specializing in classic apple varietals, the cidery crafts dry, complex ciders that celebrate both the fruit and the breathtaking environment in which it grows.
The inaugural crush and press season is complete and fermentations are underway. The debut release of charmat method, dry mountain cider will be available mid-2025, marking a new era for cider in the region.
High Elevation, Higher Standards
At an impressive 6,440 feet above sea level, Dendric Estate stands as one of the highest estate cideries in the world. The product range will include dry sparkling ciders, non-alcoholic mountain tonics and artisan apple brandy. Drawing upon traditional still and sparkling winemaking techniques, each cider is crafted to be dry and crisp with vibrant acidity and a refined balance of tannins.
