Named in honor of Edgar Stern, the visionary founder of Deer Valley, our bar is a tribute to the legends who have shaped our slopes, including the iconic Stein Eriksen.

At Edgar's, we offer a menu you would enjoy at any sports bar but with Deer Valley’s spin. Try our buffalo wings or the famous Deer Valley Chili Nachos, Edgar’s has a full bar with our signature cocktails, and you can enjoy the company of family (kids are welcome) and friends in an exciting new space. Our state-of-the-art screens and audio ensure you won't miss a moment of the action, whether it's a live game or a classic sports highlight.
