We are the first ski-in, ski-out Distillery in the country. We serve local, sustainable and organic food in our Western nouveau inspired restaurant as well as our award wining spirits in our saloon. Come visit our historic renovated Victorian house and Livery for a unique and restorative experience.
Visit our intimate restaurant for a taste of the West unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. Our chefs fuse classic techniques, regional and seasonal flavors, as well as our own High West Distillery spirits to create innovative nouveau Western fare. Many of our dishes feature a sauce, herb, or grain directly related to production of our High West distilled spirits. We also offer custom pairings of our food with the beverage of your choice—and while beer and wine are always an option, we wholeheartedly recommend the whiskey.
Distillery Tours - See & Taste How It's Done
Go behind the scenes at High West Distillery & Saloon and discover just how our small-batch, mountain-crafted spirits and Rocky Mountain Whiskeys are made. You’ll see our traditional 250-gallon copper pot still, where we carefully distill our spirits. You’ll learn about what makes our spirits so unique.   • 1oz High West Double Rye!
  • 0.5oz Tanqueray 10
  • 0.25oz Cocchi Americano
  • 1oz Matcha Simple Syrup
  • 0.75oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.75oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
  • 2 Drops of Hops Tincture
  • Fever Tree Soda Water

Method: Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker except the soda water and shake until chilled. Strain into a Collins glass with ice and top off with soda water

Garnish: Pineapple frond
