With award-winning Executive Chef Seth Adams at the reins, the newest venue of the Riverhorse collection offers a refined bar scene of laid-back elegance, inviting friends – old and new – to gather in Park City’s new favorite watering hole.

Ample drink specials include mimosa platters, Bloody Mary boards, and the refreshing watermelon margarita, alongside brunch selections of buttermilk biscuits with house-made sausage gravy, lobster crackers featuring Maine lobster salad and fried Saltines, eggs Benedict, brioche French toast, and a variety of savory sliders.
Saddled up right next door to Riverhorse on Main at 540 Main Street, Palomino ushers in an elevated bar experience that feels right at home. Artfully crafted menus include a variety of spirits, fine wines, artisanal beers, and signature cocktails.

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Alpine Gin
- .5 oz Green Chartreuse
- .5 oz St. Germain
- .5 oz Mountain Town Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil
- .75 oz Pineapple Juice
- .5 oz Lime Juice
- .5 oz Simply Syrup
Method: Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin and shake vigorously. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
