Since 2003 the Purple Sage has been serving American western cuisine in the Rocky Mountain Bell telephone building in the middle of historic Main Street in Park City, Utah. Our unique cuisine focuses on the bold and rustic flavors of the American west with a modern and sophisticated twist. Our house specialties include our award wining meatloaf, sugar and chile cured duck, local free range beef, and fresh Utah trout. Diners in the private dining room upstairs can watch skiers maneuver a tree-lined run or see bustling tourists on Main Street below. Summer dining is on the picket fence- enclosed deck, lined with umbrellas and a galaxy of tiny lights. Due to the small size of our restaurant, and to ensure a timely and enjoyable dining experience, groups of 16 or more are required to order from a limited menu. These are the basic menus we use with current pricing. We can also build a custom menu for your large group if there is a certain dish your group would like. We highly suggest reservations for dinner, as we are a very small and popular restaurant.
