Dos Olas Cantina
Classic and authentic Mexican meets contemporary and modern on the plaza at Canyons Village. Plenty of family-style shareable snacks. The menu is inspired by traditional Mexican cuisine with a California spin. A strong list of creative margaritas, like the Cadillac on Fire (resposado, lime juice, Grand Marnier, flames and agave) will help you settle into the experience. Find fresh ceviche and creative salads if you want something lighter, or dig into tacos and main plates like a roasted chicken with mole, pickled veggies and Mexican rice for a heartier meal. Dos Olas offers a fine list of tequila and mezcal, and plenty of beer and wine options too.
Après DJ Sets at Dos Olas Cantina
Dos Olas Cantina is open daily for lunch and dinner, along with a convenient to-go breakfast window for quick grab-and-go offerings on your way to the mountain. Guests can also enjoy lively après experience on the Plaza all winter long, with fire pits, DJ sets, incredible bar bites and the largest tequila & mezcal offering in the state. Ski-in via the Retreat ski run in Canyons Village. Complimentary self-parking available after 3:00pm daily in the Pendry Public Parking Garage. Paid valet parking available at Pendry arrival circle.
