Debut Cidar: Dry Cut

Dry Cut, the debut cider of Utah’s Dendric Estate, is preparing for market release later this month. With zero grams of residual sugar, Dry Cut leads with bright acidity, tropical notes, and a crisp minerality. Natural carbonation via yeast fermentation provides a lively and smooth effervescence.  This is dry mountain cider.

Dry Cut will be available to purchase on-site at the cidery and select bars and restaurants in Park City and Salt Lake City at the end of June.
