Deer Valley is excited to participate in the annual Savor the Summit event on Park City’s Historic Main Street!
Deer Valley’s renowned culinary team has created a specialty outdoor dinner featuring our legendary eight-foot paella pan. The large paella pan will be the centerpiece of the event, where guests will enjoy a delicious three-course meal cooked right before their eyes. The pan will be filled with saffron rice and a variety of fresh seafood including lobster, shrimp, conch, clams, crab and mussels. The meal will be accompanied by a selection of Spanish wines, carefully chosen to complement the flavors of the paella. In attendance will be a winemaker from the featured winery, Ronsel do Sil.
