High West toasts the holiday season with the unveiling of their new High Country Single Malt, and launches unique winter dining experiences at High West Supper Club at The Refectory in Wanship and Prix Fixe dinners at The Nelson Cottage in historic Park City. 

 

 

 

High Country Single Malt

The limited release single malt whiskey blend ranges in age from 2-10 years old, a portion of which is uniquely finished in Oloroso sherry barrels. With cozy scents of baked apple, honey drizzled over fresh fig, and lavender graham cracker, and rich flavors of banana bread with vanilla glaze, warm granola with dried fruit, and lemon poundcake with crushed golden raspberries, the sipper is a signature spirit of the holiday season. The exclusive bottle features custom label artwork crafted by Ed Mell, an iconic artist of timeless Western landscapes.

High West Supper Club

Join food lovers and whiskey enthusiasts every Wednesday night for live music and a chef's set menu served family style with a recommended whiskey pairing, á la carte bar snacks, and original High West cocktails. Reservations can be made through Open Table.

 

WHEN:            Wednesdays beginning Dec. 15, 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. (Last seating at 7:30 p.m.)

WHERE:          The Refectory // 27649 Old Lincoln Highway, Wanship

COST:              $55-$65 per person, not including beverages

  

Prix Fixe Dinner at The Nelson Cottage

Enjoy carefully crafted winter Prix Fixe dinner menus Wednesdays through Sundays all season long. Original takes on the season’s freshest ingredients will be specially prepared by High West’s culinary team with optional whiskey pairings available. Reservations can be made through OpenTable beginning at 5 p.m. nightly.

The Refectory is our country comfort, family friendly restaurant and tasting outpost right next to our distillery. Uniquely offered here is the ability to curate your tasting experience from our core products to bottles only found in the High West vault! The Nelson Cottage: 651 Park Avenue, Park City, UT

The Nelson Cottage is our fine dining establishment located just two doors up from the Saloon in downtown Park City. Originally serving as a private event space, The Nelson Cottage later became the home of High West’s unique prix-fixe whiskey-paired dinner. The cottage is where visitors get to experience the marriage of High West food and beverage most intimately. The Menu changes weekly with the change in season and the pending the new concoctions the Distillery has worked up to pair.
