Renowned for his innovative approach to fine dining, Executive Chef Stuart Roger has meticulously crafted a five-course menu showcasing the rich flavors of the Wasatch Mountains. Immerse yourself in the stories behind the expertly paired wines, handpicked from the Martin Woods cellar, as told by Winemaker Evan Martin. Gain insights into the unique terroir of the vineyards and Evan's meticulous winemaking process that results in the ethereal nature of these highly rated and sought-after artisanal wines.

Treat yourself to a mouthwatering seasonal menu inspired by the finest local ingredients. Powder restaurant is excited to reopen with a fresh Winter menu featuring seasonal food and beverages. We will be offering breakfast in the restaurant as well as lunch and dinner on the pool patio 7 days a week. Our bar and lounge will be open for casual bites highlighted by handcrafted winter-inspired cocktails and a curated wine list.
