Celebrate America’s birthday on The Glitretind Deck for an elevated BBQ feast of summer classics including Backyard Potato Salad, Spicy Shrimp & Jicama Slaw, Chef Zane’s Grandma’s Pasta Salad, Grilled Peach & Pancetta Salad, heirloom tomato and watermelon carving stations, baked potato bar, Chef Lupe’s Famous Roasted Pork Ribs, Bison Tri-Tips, Utah Lamb T-Bones, brats, buffalo burgers, Stein’s signature hamburgers, and much more. Devour decadent desserts including Cinnamon Bundt Cake, Key Lime Pie Bar, Strawberry Shortcake Verrine, and Chef Zane’s 16-Layer Chocolate Raspberry Cake. $72 for adults, $25 for children (5-12). Sunday Brunch
Stein Eriksen Lodge was the first luxury hotel in Utah to offer a weekly Sunday brunch buffet, and it has remained one of the restaurant's most celebrated offerings. Hosted in the Four-Star Glitretind Restaurant, the brunch features menu favorites and specials created by VP of Food and Beverage Operations and Corporate Chef, Zane Holmquist, and Executive Chef, Jonathon Miller. This extravagant spread features traditional breakfast items along with a carving station, several hot entrées, a variety of salads and starches, shrimp, crab claws, salmon, fresh fruit, fresh crêpes, omelets and house-made pastries.
