LOMA NOW OPEN!
LOMA Joins Park City's vibrant culinary scene!
Meisha and Adam Ross announced today the opening of LOMA, a modern Italian restaurant on Park City's Lower Main Street.
Located at 900 Main Street on Park City’s Lower Main Street, LOMA is a casual, upscale eatery influenced by Italian techniques and cuisine. Housemade pasta, seasonal specialties, and wood-fired pizzas and mains are menu standouts. The cuisine leans into the simplicity, freshness, and quality ingredients found in both Italian and Mediterranean seasonally relevant dishes. LOMA plans to serve dinner nightly with brunch service on weekends.
“LOMA brings a new perspective to Italian cuisine in Park City. Our inspiration stems from the Mediterranean influence of Italian cuisine while remaining true to the quality of ingredients and preparation you’ve come to expect at Twisted Fern,” says co-owner and Executive Chef Adam Ross.
LOMA is the second restaurant venture for Adam and Meisha Ross, joining Twisted Fern under the couple’s ownership and direction. Both restaurants prioritize sustainability through a commitment to local purveyors and conscientious business practices. In addition, Executive Chef Jared Krom joins Adam in back-of-house leadership, including menu development, culinary execution, and oversight at both LOMA and Twisted Fern.
“We are incredibly excited to open LOMA,” says co-owner Meisha Ross. “The Park City community has been so supportive of Twisted Fern; we look forward to expanding our offerings in Park City.”
