Park City Restaurants Celebrate Easter

Easter Sunday brings abundant brunch menus from members of the Park City Area Restaurant Association. Indulge in lavish buffets, all-you-can-eat tapas, and plenty of Bloody Marys with family and friends. Easter specials include:
Grub Steak

Enjoy at 3-course Easter dinner with a choice of house salad, Caesar salad, or wild rice & mushroom soup, Greek grilled lamb chops, roasted potatoes, steamed asparagus, and choice of dessert from the homemade dessert tray. $59.75 per person.

Hearth and Hill

Feast on a bountiful Easter brunch buffet from 10 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Savor baked brie and strawberries, rosemary crusted prime rib, rigatoni pasta ratatouille, bourbon glazed salmon, shrimp cocktail & crab claws, omelets to order, and classic breakfast favorites. Sweets include red velvet cake, pistachio crème brulee tart, and an ice cream sundae bar. The children’s buffet features familiar favorites of chicken tenders, mac & cheese, and mini pancakes, and fresh fruit and yogurt. $64 for adults, $30 for children 5 – 12. Enjoy the culinary delights of the Easter buffet at Apex, where an array of delectable dishes awaits from 11:30 a.m. – 3 p.m. $95 for adults, $45 for children 12 and under. Reservations are required.

Powder at Waldorf Astoria

This Easter, celebrate the beauty of spring with an elegant tapas-style brunch from experience at Powder, where Executive Chef Stuart Roger presents an unlimited à la carte menu. Savor elevated breakfast classics, decadent house-made pastries, and an optional seafood display.  Handcrafted spring cocktails, like our sorbet mimosa, add an effervescent touch to your celebration. For our youngest guests, a special surprise awaits - a friendly visitor will be hopping by to make the day even more magical. Indulge in an Easter Small Plates Brunch from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. with an unlimited selection of small plates from a specially curated brunch menu. Guests may order as many bite-sized delights as they wish, served a la carte, until they’re completely satisfied. $117 for guests 13 and older, $55 for children 12 and under, plus tax and gratuity. St. Regis Deer Valley

Celebrate Easter with a delicious buffet from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., featuring action omelet and crepe stations, herb crusted prime rib, house made sushi, kale Caesar parmesan wheel, honey bourbon ham, cedar plank dill marinated salmon with lemon beurre blanc, lobster mac and cheese, sweet pastries and Danishes, chocolate fondue station, and more. $160 for adults, $75 for kids.

Stein Eriksen Lodge

Savor in a lavish Easter Brunch Buffet from 11 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. The regular Troll Hallen menu will also be available. $150 for adults, $60 for kids 4-12.
