Palomino, the newest venture of the Riverhorse Collection, invites guests to come for the drinks and stay for the food, but only if they choose. Palomino’s newly obtained bar license gives guests the option of just enjoying drinks at the upscale watering hole or pairing them with an exquisite summer food menu.

In addition to extensive beer, wine, and spirits lists, Palomino house cocktails include the refreshing Watermelon Margarita (Cazadores Reposado), The Gold Digger (Casamigos Mezcal), Lodge No. 7 (High West Bourbon), The Seamstress (Alpine Gin), and The Parlor (Monkey 47 Gin, Wild Roots Huckleberry Vodka), among others. A specially crafted menu of Espresso Martinis is also available.
