Riverhorse On Main
Shabu
The Eating Establishment
Opened in 1972, The Eating Establishment has been a beloved diner to three generations of locals and visitors to Park City. In 2017 it was purchased by a small group of local yahoos and spruced up a bit. And by spruced up we mean we added a bar. Under the guidance of chef Brendan Kawakami, the menu preserves the original spirit of a ‘breakfast all day’ restaurant while adding a few new comfort food elements to round out the day (and night). By adding the bar we’ve been able to bring the craft cocktails of Bar X and as much of the beer list as we could fit from Beer Bar (our sister businesses in Salt Lake City) up the mountain for you all to, hopefully, enjoy. Dig in, drink up!
The Mustang
Established in 2004, The Mustang Restaurant has been a Main Street favorite for over 18 years. Bold art & big flavors are the hallmarks of this upscale New American spot for innovative entrees.
We use the freshest, organic sustainably sourced and certified humane ingredients. With over 200 years of experience between our servers, we have the most experienced staff dedicated to creating a memorable dining experience for you, your family, friends, and colleagues.
You won't find shiny advertisements for The Mustang in any magazine. We believe our reputation speaks for itself. Curious about the Mustang? Just ask a local what makes us the #1 fine dining restaurant in Park City.
Paid Parking garage located directly below us at the Marriott Summit Watch with access from Main Street or Deer Valley Drive.

Top of Main Brew Pub
Top of Main Brew Pub in beautiful Park City, Utah is a local favorite for food and drink. This iconic building was home to Utah’s first ever brew pub, Wasatch Brew Pub. Top of Main Brew Pub serves ‘Beer With Altitude’ and has a menu with options to satisfy every taste. Think timeless pub favorites like burgers, beer-battered fish and chips, and mac and cheese, alongside more eclectic fare, such as Hefeweizen flash-fried calamari and the Superfood Beet Salad. While the beer selection is unrivaled, brewed locally by our award-winning brew master, the pub also boasts a full wine and liquor menu. Top of Main is also the perfect location for private parties and events, with spaces to suit every need. Don’t miss the weekend brunch, served on Saturdays and Sundays, featuring favorites such as country-fried steak and eggs, huevos rancheros and Brigham’s Brew French Toast.
Side note:
We talked with Greg Schirf, founder, and original owner of Wasatch Brew Pub and still the owner of the building, and he is supportive of the rebranding. It was important to us to have Greg involved with the rebranding process as even though we are rebranding, we are maintaining the history of Wasatch Brew Pub, Utah’s first brew pub. Maintaining the history is something that is extremely important to us. We are even naming one of our core beers after Greg in honor of what he did to start the whole craft brewery movement to Utah along with Peter Cole and Jeff Polychronis who founded Squatter Pub Brewery in Salt Lake City.
